Common Questions
How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?
We'll get on the roof and tell you. If it's a repair, we say repair — we're not trying to sell you a roof you don't need yet.
Shingle or metal?
Shingle is the value option and looks right on most CSRA homes. Metal costs more and lasts far longer; we installed standing seam on our Wilkshire flip for exactly that reason.
Do you work with insurance claims?
We document storm damage thoroughly and can work alongside your adjuster.
How long does a roof replacement take?
Most residential replacements are a one- to three-day job depending on size, pitch, and decking condition.
Do you do gutters too?
Yes — seamless gutters, downspouts, and guards, usually scheduled right behind the roof.
